In Umbrae, necromancers are masters of death, wielding powers that allow them to command the boundary between life and the beyond. Through forbidden knowledge and dark rituals, they manipulate corpses, spirits, and shadows to serve their will, transforming the dead into instruments of power.
Necromancers are both feared and revered. Their strength lies not in brute force but in cunning, patience, and the ability to turn mortality itself into a weapon. They can summon undead minions, drain the life force of enemies, and harness the energies of the fallen to enhance their own powers.
Yet, tampering with death carries a price. Each spell, each soul bound, risks corruption of mind and body. The necromancer walks a fine line between mastery and madness, and only those with discipline can control the forces they command without being consumed by them.
Each class has its own personalized talent tree, allowing each practitioner to develop unique abilities and approaches. Every three levels, players earn a talent point to invest in their tree, unlocking new spells, powers, and enhancements. With 10 talent points, a necromancer can reach the apex of their branch, fully mastering the dark art of death.
